This probably annoys me more than most other problems that kids playing RuneScape seem to have. They put you down just because you have a lower level?
So here is a situation – I was training woodcutting with Yews in Gnome Stronghold, just to make some extra cash too and a kid comes along, it then starts off. He kept trying to cut the same Yew tree as I, there were 2 other trees, fully grown and no one present. Why challenge me to my cutting? I started moving tree to tree, although this wasted time for me, it seemed to annoy him so.

This is what I saw when I turned public chat on, along with “I looked up ur stats u noob u suk”. I was shocked, looking up someone else’s statistics on RuneScape, how incredible. Some other players joined us seconds after and everyone had a tree to themselves. This kid just wouldn’t stop at me, kept saying crap that just seemed to synchronized from his arse to his keyboard.
I argued back, saying statistics aren’t everything (even though he was only around 7 levels higher than me in that particular skill). He seemed to continue with his pointless opinions, literally trying to brainwash myself and other players that I am a noob and I don’t deserve to live. Further on in the situation he seemed to quiet down after I complained that he is part of the community that is trashing RuneScape’s reputation.
It’s kids like you that is bringing this game down. I am a much more mature player than you by far.
I couldn’t have contained more truth in my words, who is more mature? The kid who is mouthing off to another player for nothing, believes stats on your character is everything and has probably used a bot sometime in his RS activity? Or myself, an established blogger, experienced Moderator and forum Administrator, working at the leading consultancy in the SEO industry and I can wipe my own ass without aid?
